B: The Beginning (2018)

Little sexual content. One of the villains likes to cut up dead corpses and always takes off their clothing beforehand. Nothing is shown during these scenes. A few small moments throughout the series, nothing to really be worried about.

The violence in this show is intermittent, but can be quite extreme. Involves shooting, stabbing, slicing, as well as self-inflicted harm. Characters are killed on-screen with their facial expressions of shock or pain emphasized. Some of the wounds inflicted throughout the show are especially gruesome (e.g. a sword is suddenly stabbed through a man's head and the blade can be seen inside his mouth, a man cuts his own neck open releasing a spew of blood and exposing the flesh inside his neck).

Features violent themes throughout: murder of children and women, bioterrorism, serial killings, human experimentation, mind-control, and suicide.

Very little profanity. A few uses of a** hole, b****, d***, h**, and one use of s***.

Some alcohol use and reference to smoking. That's about all.

Many characters are mutated in some way. Some can grow blades off of their limbs or manipulate people with supernatural powers. Some of the crime scenes or fight scenes could be quite frightening to younger audiences.
