Repeated joking references to "helicoptering" political opponents extending to musings on what might happen if one needed to "helicopter" a species of bird due to them being clear leftists as a result of their open borders extremism demonstrated by their tendency to fly wherever they want to fly.

Several episodes discuss the host smoking cigars, we clearly see the host's (the academic agent) malign influence as his "minion" Froggy tries to emulate his behaviour by smoking packs of mini Hamlets. The Host rebukes his "minion," Froggy for this and encourages him to smoke stronger and larger cigars stating mini Hamlets are not proper cigars.
