Oceanquest (1985)

An adventurer-filmmaker-diver recruits a former Miss Universe to travel with him to explore the wonder and terror of the world's oceans. A classic pseudo-documentary, with scenes shot live on location and which (according to the opening narration) "for purposes of dramatic clarity, some scenes have been re-created and the order of events rearranged."
