Sharon and Elsie (1984)

Elsie, a middle-aged office admin in a printing firm, has her orderly world disrupted when Sharon, a young working-class girl, joins as the new secretary. Overcoming snobbishness, Elsie befriends Sharon, learning to appreciate her.
