Zardip's Search for Healthy Wellness (1988)

Zardip Pacific (a robot alien) is sent to Earth by his to learn about health and self-care, since they are all breaking down on his home planet. He transforms himself into a human boy and meets a group of young teens who own a health-oriented clubhouse. Zardip must report to his boss "Your Highship" about what he has learned.
