Zeeuws meisje (1997)

A dutch childrens tv show about Zeeuws Meisje (Dutch girl from Zeeland). After the biggest traffic jam of all times that never resolved, the cars stand still and The Netherlands are cold and dark. The only green thing that grows are pickles, produced by the tiran August Horks. Zeeuws Meisje (modeled after Batman) rescues people in distress. Her headwear (kapje) shows her where to go. Problems on the show are typical dutch. She saves the last windmill, the 'Elfstedentocht', Sinterklaas and fish. She is also the only one who stands up to Horks.
