Boca do Lixo (1990)

In Rio Negro, São Paulo, wealthy, powerful industrialist Henrique Ribeiro marries sexy, famous actress Cláudia Toledo. Every night, Henrique finds excuses to leave Cláudia alone in bed, and when she decides to investigate if Henrique has a mistress, she is astonished to discover that he's gay. He proposes that if she keeps the appearance of a good marriage for two yeas, he will give her a fortune. When she has an affair with construction foreman Tomás, he convinces Cláudia that Henrique should be killed and hatches a plan. After Henrique's death, Cláudia finds that he had embezzled millions of dollars from his company and sold all his real estate to his partner Junqueira, including their house. Detective Ciro, in charge of the case of Henrique's disappearance, maintains with perseverance the disappearance of Henrique, perseveres in investigating suspects Cláudia and Tomás. When Cláudia sees Henrique in her house one night, she freaks out, leading the inquiry into another direction.
