In a Heartbeat (2000)

Disney Channel series inspired by real-life EMT squads staffed by high-school students. It follows the adventures of four high-school students who volunteer part-time as EMTs as they work towards medical careers. The live-action dramatic series follows the lives of four such teens as they strive to balance the responsibility of saving lives with the everyday, adolescent demands of family, friends, and school.
