Flower Angel (1979)

A magical girl series set primarily in Europe. The plant spirits and fairies of Earth migrated to another dimension, the Flower Star, to avoid humanity's potential for cruelty. Now they need to locate a magical flower to determine that dimension's new ruler. The 15-year-old French girl Lunlun Flower is given this task, since she is a descendant of the Flower Star's population. Lunlun and her companions tour all of Europe in search of the flower, in the process helping people in need. Lunlun has to thwart the plans of the ambitious fairy woman Togenishia, who wants to steal the flower in order to rise to the throne.
