Le paradis terrestre (1968)

-The soap opera tells the story of two families, one well-to-do and the other of more modest means, in the fictional suburban town of 'La Dauversière'. Grégoire and Irène want to make the most of their retirement, but their earthly paradise hides social prejudice, snobbery and spinelessness. Their son Gilles is a busy businessman, while his wife Gaétane tries to make up for her sadness and boredom.
