The sumos are almost always depicted wearing only their wrestling thongs.

The entire concept of the whole series is butts. The sumo wrestlers' large butts are used not only as a source of humor but as a plot device.

While the show doesn't have profanity, it still has plenty of mild bad language. Every episode has excessive usage of the word "Butt" and other words similar to it.
