Medical Diaries (2000)

Medical Diary followed the story of one patient per episode who was facing an acute medical crisis. Stories ranged from a liver donation and transplant between two sisters, to the remedy for severe tremors in an otherwise healthy 80 year old veteran. The show focused on the personal struggles of its real life characters who provided intimate access into their uplifting and sometimes harrowing journeys to healing.
