Mystery Diagnosis (2005)

Some women (though never any men) have had problems with their reproductive anatomy. Medical names for these parts are always used, and these organs are shown in detail in CGI recreations.

At least one woman who had a condition with her reproductive anatomy mentioned that one of her symptoms was pain during intercourse.

When a woman or a teenage girl becomes diagnosed, a CGI recreation of the female body is shown with breasts depicted in realistic detail. If the condition is in the genitals, those organs are also depicted in graphic realistic detail.

A couple of women have had conditions in one or both of their breasts. In these cases, nipples are shown in CGI recreations but not on real people.

Breastfeeding is mentioned occasionally when it relates to the condition.

Some diseases are aggravated by pregnancy.

A few patients (including teenagers) have been pregnant by surprise or mistakenly suspected to have been pregnant.

Most patients must undergo invasive diagnostic testing, such as blood being drawn, spinal taps (a.k.a. lumbar punctures), colonoscopies, biopsies, the tilt-table test, etc.

A couple of conditions were instigated by car accidents or other major injuries.

Swearing is nearly always absent, but even when foul language is used, it's typically only one or two uses of "h***" or "d***".

One or two episodes contain at least one bleeped exclamation of "s***" and/or "f***". However, as stated above, these are bleeped out.

Medical names for female genitals are used sometimes.

Patients are often required to take prescription medication(s).

Some people are prescribed multiple medications at once, a couple of times in ridiculously high numbers.

Skin conditions are usually shown in graphic detail, both in CGI recreations and on real people.

Some patients and/or family members end up crying, usually at the climax of each story.
