Cartoon Express (1954)

"Cartoon Express" was a train-themed kids' show hosted every weekday afternoon by "Engineer Bill" Stulla on KHJ Channel 9, in Los Angeles. Surrounded by an elaborate model-train set, "Engineer Bill" would introduce cartoons, play a game called "Red Light, Green Light," read the names of viewers who weren't feeling well - for whom he would ring the "get-well bell," chat with a child guest and, of course, promote products.
