Brotherhood (2006)

First few episodes starts off with full male frontal nudity showing penises etc, milder female nudity as we get further into it with a few butts and breasts, usually darkly lit if standing and no female genitals ever shown, more male nudity and sex scenes semi clothed.

Explicit nudity, quite a bit of implied sex, several scenes of active coitus.Female rear and occasional frontal nudity is fairly frequent in all three seasons.Male rear nudity is common in all seasons. Male full frontal nudity in Season 03 Episode 01. Several scenes of thrusting,coitus and talk of sex in almost every episode.

Based on first season: A great deal of mob violence. Many intense beatings, some shootings. Several people killed. Not a lot of gore considering the amount of violence. It's certainly there, but the movie doesn't rub your face in it.

Contains pervasive strong language in every episode. Almost all characters regularly use strong language. Non-stop use of the f word and virtually every other vulgarity, including homophobic slurs and ethnic slurs for Italians, Irish people, Hispanics, Asians and African Americans.

Alcoholism is a main and recurring theme in each season. Drinking is present in every episode, and some characters are obviously alcoholics.

Based on first season: Pervasive social drinking; alcoholism, marijuana and cocaine use are part of the story arc.

Based on first season: many, mostly violence-related. Also the disintegration of a somewhat sympathetic character under influence of drugs.
