Storyline:  Twelve-year-old Mitsuki dreams of becoming a singer, having promised her childhood friend Eichi that she would. However, with a throat tumour and only one year left to live, this seems impossible, until two shinigami appear. With the help of Takuto, Mitsuki transforms into a healthy 16-year-old and sets out to make her dream come true before time runs out.
