The city was engulfed by a war of attacks on collectors. Almost all of them are accompanied by murders. It becomes clear that a well-organized gang is operating. The criminals are being hunted by the police, special services, "brothers", criminal authorities, the Bureau of Investigative Reporting in the person of charming journalist Lisa and a specialist in the Chinese mafia Aleksey Berestov.
