Shopping the Supermarkets (2007)

As our high street supermarkets become an even more powerful force in the British economy, the BBC launched an investigation into how they work. This documentary series investigates what happens behind the scenes of our large food retailers. Various issues are investigated such as food hygiene, buying policies, customer enticements and planning concerns.
