Ik, mik, Loreland (1994)

Mik lives in Loria, a Kingdom that loves words. Everybody knows how to write and read except for a creature named Karbonkel. One day he gets so enraged he deletes Loria's whole alphabet, leaving everybody illiterate. It's up to Mik to find all the letters back in the surrounding kingdoms and restore peace to Loria.
