El corazón del océano (2014)

It narrates the odyssey of 80 Spanish maidens during their trip to Asunción, where they were sent by the Spanish Crown to marry and have children with the Spanish conquistadors to stop the growing miscegenation. Throughout a six-year journey, the women live in constant danger and must fight against hunger, scurvy, pirate attacks, Indian stalkings, competition from the Portuguese to dominate those territories, and traveling 2,0000 kilometers of jungle to reach their destination. An adventure commanded by women in the era of conquerors.
