Tôkyô zenryoku shôjo (2012)

Saeki discovers that her father is alive and lives in Tokyo, which makes her set out for the capital to find him. She loses her money en route however and is lucky to be able to obtain cash from a stranger. The man is Saeki's father and is being hit up by women for cash himself.
