Everyone Is Psychic! (2013)

It happens that many inhabitants of Oita Prefecture in southern Japan have extrasensory powers. One student can read others' minds. he is not alone, however, and soon bands with others, who are both from the area and one who has moved there from Tokyo, to put their powers to use.
