Phillips' "CHOCOLATE CITY" The Series is a dramatic web series that follows the journeys of the Solomon Brothers- Canaan, Matthew and Caleb as they navigate the tough streets of CHOCOLATE CITY, also known as Washington, DC. Through their journey, they deal with their own spirituality, trials, tribulations, love, life, drama and the mayhem of the city streets. The Solomon Brother's live in the Shaw neighborhood of Northwest, Washington, DC.
