Storyline:  Pitcher Eijun Sawamura loses his final middle school game with a wild pitch. When a scout sees potential in his unusual style and invites him to prestigious Seidou High School, Eijun accepts, vowing to become the team's ace. Surrounded by elite players, including fellow first-year Satoru Furuya whose blistering fastballs earn him a starting spot, Eijun fights for his place on the roster. Together, the strengthened Seidou team aims to dominate Japanese high school baseball.
