Severance (2014)

Like millions of Americans, Jason wakes up every morning, puts on a business casual attire and heads to a politically correct, dull office environment. But Jason has a dream. He dreams of a life of adventure and excitement. In order to achieve his dream he must get himself fired and get the much lucrative Corporate Severance. But first, he has to deal with an ass-hole manager, anal director and a stalker ex-girlfriend.
