Black President (2014)

Yukio Mitamura is the founder and president of a rapidly growing apparel company. He places priority on the company's profits and overworks his employees. He justifies this with the belief that hard work is necessary to achieve results. He does not think his beloved company exploits its employees. Yukio enrolls in a university to study company management from the basics. This is where he meets a new lecturer Kyoko Akiyama . Although Yukio feels attracted to the intellectual Kyoko, the differences in their way of thinking results in frequent clashes. Within the company while Yukio is in college there is an attempt to oust him from his company. With the knowledge he has gained from attending university classes Yukio soon realizes that his company does indeed exploit its employees. A power struggle soon begins inside the company.
