Nicolasa Morales a woman who finds out that she has is one year left to live. She begins to work as a clown at at Orlando's clinic. In this year, Nicolasa will change completely after accidentally meeting Ignacio Acevedo at the clinic. But not everything will be happiness in her life, since she will go through painful and culminating moments. The appearance of Diego and Patricia will make her love story impossible.
