An African City (2014)

An African City is a Ghanian television and web series created by Nicole Amarteifio. Through the narration of the lead character, Nana Yaa, (Maame Yaa Boafo), we watch the lives of five beautiful, upperclass, educated African women as they deal with their lives as single women in Accra, Ghana. The series often portrays frank discussions about romance, sexuality and Africanism. The five women have all been raised abroad and have returned to Africa to continue high-powered careers, look for love and have sex.
