The Goddess In The Basement (2019)

The Goddess in the Basement is a web series grounded in magical realism and tells the story of a young Tamil-Canadian man, Loka. Formerly incarcerated he returns to his home in Scarborough and instead of finding his family, a literal goddess finds him as she has come to play a game with him he'll never forget. Dealing with death, diaspora and unfulfilled dreams, the Goddess is here to haunt all those who dare cross her path.
