Joie de vivre (1959)

-Henri and Hélène Labelle live in a charming village where they have had several children. Their son André has a crush on Lilianne, whom he will eventually marry. She is the daughter of their neighbour, Télesphore Dumouchel, a bon vivant who doesn't take himself too seriously, except in his love for Marguerite. Even if, as the days go by, various problems arise between parents and children, between couples of all ages or between teenagers, especially since the arrival of beatnik Paul Fortin, the joy of life always wins out in the end.
