A completely unscripted, free dialogue between Joe Rogan and friends centered around televised Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fights. They give the viewers the time in the fight(s) they're watching so viewers can sync up with the discussion. Rogan and friends watch the previous weekend's MMA fights while shooting the breeze about everything under the Sun and beyond. Aside from discussing conspiracy theories and apes they occasionally talk about the fights they're watching.
