Channel 7 is doing its annual Pledge Drive, the only source of income for this failing public broadcast TV station. Led by two desperate and eccentric hosts Ken and Mavis, the viewers are taken through a bizarre side street of memory lane that parodies the very best of classic public broadcast television.
