Ned living in Sydney has not been back to Canberra since he caused an incident which resulted in the death of his father. After hearing that his brother has been arrested. He must return to face the people he left behind, take care of a family he had abandoned and clean up the business his brother has lost control of. Ned having been reformed and living in a different city, returns home to find that his brother Max has not learned from his mistakes. Ned at first is not interested in continue business as usual however, due to a series of events he is encouraged to take action in order to provide for the family, and get his brother out of prison.
