The camera pans in for a macro shot of the pubic hair as well as the foreskin. Finally an adults fully developed penis is shown. The presenter of the documentary points to the different areas of the male anatomy and retracts the foreskin to expose the glans.
Most episodes contain closeup educational nudity of both genders. Full frontal nudity of both 10-18 year old boys and girls is shown to display the development and changes to the body during puberty.
A male and female teen, roughly early highschool aged, are shown being examined during their yearly physicals. The boys pants and underwear are lowered and the doctor can be seen inspecting his penis and testicles. The girl lifts up her bra so the doctor can assess her breast development, and then lowers her jeans and panties while standing for a genital check. There is a brief closeup shot of the girls vulva as the doctor looks through her pubic hair and spreads her labia minora.
