Before We Fall (2023)

A cult manages to create a deadly, zombie like disease that wipes most of the world's population. A man by the name of Azrael, who left the cult right before, and Rowan, an ex-therapist, form a relationship not built to last. Azrael became infected with this disease before he fled and has been waiting out his time left. As each day passes, Azrael becomes more and more sick while Rowan takes on the responsibility of caring for him. That is until the day where Azrael finally turns, and Rowan is left with an impossible decision.
