Who's Cheating Who' follows the story of Stephanie, who is trapped in a loveless marriage to Mason. Unbeknownst to her, Mason is having an affair with Maxine, who is also married to Steven. When Steven and Stephanie meet at a marketing convention, they begin a tentative affair that soon ignites into a passionate connection. As the two couples' lives become increasingly intertwined, they find themselves ensnared in a web of guilt, adultery, and accusations. The tension escalates when Stephanie decides to attend couples therapy with Mason, adding even more fuel to the fire of their already volatile relationships.
