Set in a distant future where humans no longer exist, all that remains of our time on Earth is human detritus, trash, and leftovers. After thousands of years, these materials have evolved into a new sentient life form, eventually developing a deep sense of existential ennui. The film depicts a dialogue between two "things" living in this future world, as they discuss their thoughts on their lives and the nature of existence. This story is told through two puppet-sculptures, created and performed by the artist Margot DeMarco.
