Mawed maa el-Rais (1990)

A major contracting company is able to obtain permit to demolish an entire working-class neighborhood through bribery to build luxury residential towers in its place. The case of the neighborhood's residents is taken up by the People's Assembly member for the neighborhood's district Magdah. However, corrupt officials confront her efforts, and by chance President of the Republic sees her during one of the People's Assembly sessions, and asks to meet her in Aswan. She decides to go and show him the documents that prove corruption of the officials who are trying to spoil her case and obstruct it by stealing the documents.
