Cinq exils et quelques autres (2003)

For several years, thousands of refugees have been arriving in Calais to go illegally to England. Some of them, discouraged by the danger of crossing the Channel or ultimately wanting to settle there, have chosen to end their wandering in Calais. Through the story they tell us of their exile, from the decision to leave their native land to their temporary or permanent settlement in Calais, the situations that lead to exile, the means by which it is made possible, the hopes it arouses, but above all the conditions in which it is experienced here, appear.
