Ærø i Påsken

The kidney patient Frederikke plans to ask her brother for one of his kidneys during Easter holiday. But on arrival he has brought his new girlfriend revealing their pregnancy, making it almost impossible for Frederikke to ask. Before the weekend is over old wounds boil up to the surface, revealing that the entire family has been affected and hurting during Frederikkes lifelong illness, each in their own way.
