When a young man (Morris) who is obsessed with learning how to direct traffic is practicing his signals, there is an interruption at the door. A telegram has arrived, delivered by a disheveled Easter Bunny (Matilda). While trying to figure out if she's at the right apartment, Tilly navigates Mo's complex reactions.
