Defining Human (2023)

In 2045, Mia, a talented young black astronaut, joins Arrow IV, an exclusive training program for humanity's mission to settle on another planet. With Earth's environment at a breaking point and black communities facing extreme segregation, Mia is faced with a difficult choice. Her dying father, Philip, has always supported her dream, but he won't live to see her return. As Mia trains for the journey to a new world, she must weigh the potential for a better future against her loyalty to her father and her community. With the fate of both Earth and her people hanging in the balance, Mia embarks on a journey that will test her resolve and challenge her beliefs.
