Head Case (2023)

The "No Brainer" serial killer is stalking the Iron City, and may have been the culprit that attacked Vivienne. She gets away with only a bite wound, but her mental faculties quickly decline. Her attacker, Steven Powers, died soon after and is found to have been infected with a new aggressive brain eating bacteria. Was he the No Brainer? If so how did another murder occur after his death? Can Detective Stam, a not so bright cop, put it all together before more death ensnares Pittsburgh?
