FBI agent Terry Micheals has been assigned to the Cathay for three years. Master thief, Richard Cathay remains at large - because Richard knows that when crime is your business there is no room for any slip-ups, any loose ends, or any acquaintance that may be induced to talk to the feds. Dan and Max Sullivan have been in and out of jail since their legs were long enough to reach the gas peddle of a boosted car. In fact, they've gotten caught at just about every crime they ever attempted - what they need is a good teacher, a more experienced criminal who is willing to show them the ropes. Richard Cathay is not willing. But Dan and Max are stubborn.
