Time Well Spent (2023)

On a quiet Saturday night, Tony and his two friends Luke and Reggie, wander on a city sidewalk trying to find something to do. After walking down the street aimlessly for a couple of seconds, Luke and Reggie start making fun of the old watch that Tony is wearing. The family passed down watch was Tony's 18th birthday gift from his dad. The group decides to buy a bottle of vodka but realize they don't have the money to do so. Luke convinces Tony to sell the old watch for money to buy the bottle of vodka. After selling the watch to a pawnshop, the underage drinkers sit on a sidewalk to enjoy their beverage. Realising its past his curfew, Tony rushes home. When he enters his house to see his mother on the couch waiting for him. He walks over to his mom apologizing for coming home late. However, his mom reveals the news to him that his dad had passed away. Tony, shocked, sits there as he attempts to come to understand the devastating news. After a couple months have passed by, Tony sorts the photos of him and his dad. He recognizes one of the photos of his dad wearing the watch he sold. Tony realizes that the only memory he has of his dad, he sold. He is forced to find the sold watch if he wants to keep the memory of his dad alive.
