Helen Razor and her stepfather Dirk arrive in Eastbourne from Germany, seeking a fresh start in a modest boarding house. But beneath their ordinary facade lies a dark and twisted dynamic-Dirk's relentless demands push Helen to extreme measures to provide for him.
