On a rainy night, somewhere in Moscow in the late 1960's, super secret space-time agent, Dr Niet, patiently awaits for instructions from higher above. An important event is expected to take place elsewhere in the world, which will determine a lot. However no matter where and when, Dr Niet is always ready and eager to travel through space and time in order to protect the proletariat from the evils of Capitalism.
