About the adventures of two partners of the brokerage firm "Six by Nine" - the president of Valijon and the commercial director Marlene Genrikhovna Offenbach. The heroes, without suspecting it themselves, become performers of a combination skillfully played by their rivals, as a result of which they fail, but do not give up: they pay off the client and are ready to start a new business.
