Justicia Implacable (2023)

A couple undercover agents, a man and a woman, are investigating the deaths of bodies found by the police in their city. Apparently a mysterious killer leaves the same type of tortures on the bodies of all the victims. There's many suspect to be the killer or killers but there's no proof.
