The Toll (2023)

It's March 2020 and Christine Alvarez sits with her colleagues inside their company's happy hour spot, The Toll, waiting for her co-worker and paramour of only a month, Bill Jenks. After an evening of romance and passion in Christine's apartment, the pair are confronted with the sudden reality of a lockdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic. As the pair determine how to share a space, their contrasting lifestyles and routines prove to be more challenging than the pair initially thought as the ever-growing tension between the two continues to mount.
